Yes, we provide quotes to suit your needs and will be happy to discuss with you potential long term discounted rates.

All our trucks are Class One trucks and can be driven by anyone with a Car Drivers Licence.

Yes, however, there is a $30 additional fee for all restricted drivers and the insurance excess is increased to $4,000, subject to any additional insurance covers purchased, as seen in the Insurance section of this website.

Yes, please click the link to see our insurance coverage options. We have three levels of insurance excess reduction to suit your needs

All our bookings require a $300 refundable bond. This is returned to you once the truck is returned.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us using one of the phone numbers provided on the Contact Us page of this website. We will provide you a full refund if your cancellation is greater than 24 hours before booking. In the event you cancel within 24 hours of your booking you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00.

Yes, we allow extensions if the truck is already in your possession, subject to any other bookings made by other customers. Please contact one of our staff members and you will be subject to providing payment for additional days, based on the daily rental rates
